		<description>If the threads are not completely shot, soak just the threaded part only in water for a while. This will expand the wood &amp; may do the trick. It worked for my large saucepan. I also had one other issue with the handle in that when screwed in, the end of the handle came into contact with the pan before it got tight. I cut off just under 1/8&quot; and presto!-done deal Worked like magic.</description>
