pet peeve of the day

I love the Ready Post ™ packing tape that you can buy at U.S. Post Offices. It has superior stickum and comes in a nice little reusable dispenser with a sharp blade.

However, I haven’t been able to find a place that will just sell me a roll of the tape, without the frickin’ dispenser. Minor point, as I should probably just suck it up and buy another brand of tape with the same dimension tape roll — but the contrast of the tape being so good and not being able to buy an identical replacement tape roll is killing me. Yeeesh.
